Ginger and more Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Ginger Vodka
  • splash of Jasmine Syrup
  • 1 packet Conure Ginger + Lime Water Enhancer
  • 8 oz Club Soda

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Ginger Vodka, Jasmine Syrup, and Conure Ginger + Lime Water Enhancer.

  2. Shake Well.  Double Strain into a glass

  3. Top off with Club Soda

  4. Garnish with Rosemary Twig

To make Ginger Vodka
  1. Slice Ginger or galangal into thin slices.
  2. Combine one part ginger or galangal with four parts vodka. 
  3. Age for at least for a week before using.
