This is my favorite tea whenever I am feeling a little something in my stomach. In general, I like to make it once a week and enjoy it over 2 - 3 days.
Just like everything else in life, drink in moderation. No more than 4 cups a day. And listen to your body.
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 3 Liters Water
- 3 Sachet Conure Water Enhancer - Ginger + Lime
Add water to a large pot.
Add all seeds in water
Bring to Boil
Set the flame/heat to medium, cover the pot, and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat. Let it rest for 10 more minutes
Add Conure Water Enhancer - Ginger + Lime
Optionally, add coconut oil or ghee for taste.
